With Covid-19 "lockdown" in place, The Coca-Cola Company needed an alternate solution for Kenyans to be able to order and have their favourite Coca-Cola Company products delivered to them at home.
Exp, together with our development partner, conceptualised a 'dial-a-coke' solution on Silverstones proprietary always-on, mobile-first promotional platform.
WHAT WAS ACHIEVED
A full service, data-light, mobile ordering and delivery solution that was conceptualised, developed and ready for implementation, within 4-weeks, that allowed for:
Social Commerce interface for the Consumer.
Integration of Platform to a Call Centre.
Distributor interface to track orders, payments (via mPesa) and deliveries.
Cadet interface for deliveries.
The platform is not an APP that the Consumer needs to download onto their phone.
